Notice of General Election November 7, 2017

 

NOTICE OF GENERAL

  ELECTION

 A GENERAL ELECTION WILL BE HELD ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 7th, 2017, at the usual places of holding elections throughout Auglaize County. The Registration Deadline to vote in the General Election is TUESDAY, OCTOBER 10, 2017.  The Board of Elections at 209 South Blackhoof Street in Wapakoneta will be open until 9:00 pm that day for registration.  Registration forms may be downloaded from www.auglaizecounty.org or requested by mail by calling the Auglaize County Board of Elections at 419-739-6720.  You may also register to vote on the Secretary of State’s web site at www.MyOhioVote.com. 

    Additional registration locations are:  Bureau of Motor Vehicles, Jobs & Family Services, Auglaize County Treasurer, Auglaize County Board of Developmentally Disabled in New Bremen, Public Libraries, Department of Health, Armed Forces Recruitment Centers and the Ohio Secretary of State.

    Requirements to register to vote are: be a resident of the state for 30 days before the election, be a citizen or a naturalized citizen of the United States, be a resident of the county and precinct in which you vote and be 18 years of age on or before November 7, 2017.
