 As of January 1, 2011 the Auglaize County Courthouse will be closed for the next two (2) years as  this historic 1894 Courthouse building is being completely renovated.  During that time the Clerk of Courts for the Common Pleas Court has relocated to the lower level of the County Administration Building along with three (3) Auglaize County Municipal Court Deputy Clerks.  The remaining five (5) Municipal Court Deputy Clerks have relocated with the Municipal Court to the St. Marys, Ohio location.   The mailing address for all areas of the Clerk of Courts will remain as P O Box 409, Wapakoneta, OH 45895-0409. Our telephone numbers and our FAX number will remain the same regardless of the physical location of the Courts.

If you have questions about where to mail any documents or where you should go to attend a hearing, an arraignment, a Pre-trial or trial, please call the Clerk of Courts office at 419-739-6765 or 419-739-6767.  We will be happy to help you.
