Certified Copy of Birth certificate, 2 Passport Photos, Drivers License, at least one personal check made payable to the US State Department, fees due the Clerk may be paid in cash or by a separate check.

Located at 604 ½ S. Blackhoof Street in Wapakoneta in a One Stop Shop Location with the Title Department and the Driver's Exam Station.
Where can I see Liens against my property?
In the office of the Clerk of Courts and in the office of the Auglaize County Recorder who is located in the new Administration Building at 209 S. Willipie Street, Wapakoneta – one block west of the Courthouse.

What are the filing fees?
Can I view cases on the web?
Yes. Under the "Online Resources" drop-down menu, click on "Public Access Records". Select the court you would like to view – Common Pleas or Municipal – and follow the ensuing instructions. You can also find the link under the Elected Officials > Clerk of Courts > Public Access Records.
How do I get to the Courthouse?
From I75, exit at 111 and proceed West via Benton or Pearl Street to Willipie Street. The Courthouse is the tallest building in town with a clock on top.
Do I have to pay to park at the Courthouse?
No. There are many parking spaces around the Courthouse and directly across the street in a County owned parking lot.
