The Auglaize County Adult Probation Office provides Pre-Sentence Investigation Reports ("PSI's") for use by the judge in sentencing offenders, and for the use by probation officers, jail and prison officials in their interaction with felony offenders.  These reports are confidential to the offenders, the courts, and authorized users only and are not public records under Ohio law. This office conducts investigations for "Treatments In Lieu of Conviction" applications for eligibility determinations, and for applications for expungement or sealing of adult felony records, as well as "Certifications for Quality Employability" (CQE) for eligibility determinations.

This office also provides supervision services for people undergoing treatment for addiction in the Auglaize County Recovery Program. (Thanks to everyone for their great efforts!)
