Court Costs, Fines and Restitution:
Court Costs due on Criminal, Civil and Domestic Relations cases. Costs may be paid in full or partial payments. The amount paid must be in compliance with authorized payment agreements that may have been signed.
Probation Service Fees:
Probation Service fees of $18.00 for each month a Probationer is being supervised. The FULL amount must be paid. Partial payments are not permitted.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are on Supervised Probation and are behind on paying the monthly Probation Service fee, any payment received may be applied to Probation fees first.
PAYMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR:
New Case Filings that require a deposit at time of filing.
PAYMENTS AFTER CONVICTIONS:
Cases that defendant has been sentenced or ordered to pay the costs with an authorized or approved payment agreement by the Clerk of Courts in a minimum amount of $25.00 per month until paid in full.
PLEASE NOTE: IF A PARTIAL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED ON-LINE ON AN INCORRECT CASE (MAY BE IN A CASE WITH A RESTITUTION PRIORITY DISTRIBUTION) THE CLERK OF COURTS WILL ACCEPT AND APPLY PAYMENT IN CORRECT CASE NUMBER. A NOTIFICATION AND COPY OF THE RECEIPT OF THIS CORRECTION WILL BE MAILED TO DEFENDANT AT THE ADDRESS PROVIDED.
YOU WILL BE ASKED TO ENTER YOUR CASE NUMBER SO PLEASE HAVE YOUR CASE NUMBER READY. CASE NUMBERS SHOULD BE ENTERED IN THE FOLLOWING FORMAT EXAMPLE: 2019CR0051, 2019CV0241, 2019DR0326.
